Prosecco Brut

In Prosecco cradle, Glera vines give their best and their grapes acquire aromas, blossoming quality and fame of this wine.
Brut is the Prosecco in its more modern and international version and stands out for its sober elegance.
You recognise it at first sight by its characteristic bright straw yellow colour with fine but persistent perlage. You feel immediately its aroma with fruit notes of green apple, pear and citrus;
it tastes dry and fresh, with an excellent harmony
and a very aromatic finishing touch.

Production area: Hills of Treviso.
Variety: Glera.
Vinification: white wine making, with natural ferments following sparkling process using Charmat method.
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Serving temperature: 7 – 8°C.
Pairings: ideal as aperitif and between meals, it goes very well with starters and finger food, light first courses, raw and grilled fish, and also desserts.
